Refund Policy

RETURNS 

We don't want you to be dissatisfied with your purchase! If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied please contact us and we will kindly offer a refund on the item. We cannot take back earrings due to hygiene reasons so make sure before buying that they're what you want.

As long as it's within 7-14 business days of your order date, we'll happily give an exchange or full refund - but if 15+ has gone by since then unfortunately there is no refund or exchange on the product. 

 

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned/refunded:

  • Earrings
  • Shipping Fees

 

EARRINGS:

Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, all earrings are FINAL SALE. 

 

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS?

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges :

Golden Bliss is committed to customer service and we are a small business so at the moment the purchaser pays the cost of return charges to Golden Bliss, however Golden Bliss will pay for postage on any exchange postage back to the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have been received by Golden Bliss please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund. 

 

MISSING PACKAGES:

If your package shows that it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us and advise us of the missing package. Next, please file a claim with USPS and we will also file a claim on your behalf and will reach out to keep you updated with the next steps regarding insurance, reshipment etc.

 

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
